Welcome to Asian Girls Ignite ‘s second annual ElevAsian Night Market Fundraiser, where Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) women rule the night.
Eat, drink, and shop AAPI women-owned restaurants and businesses. Enjoy performances and entertainment by AAPI women and AAPI women-led groups. Raise $25K for AAPI girls and gender-expansive youth.

It’s not a real Asia-inspired night market without the bevy of tasty treats! Your taste buds will crave for more when you take a bite from some of the most popular AAPI women-owned restaurants in Colorado.
All tickets include the ElevAsian Passport, for which you’ll receive sample dishes from each of our 5 savory food vendors.
Passport vendors include:
MAKfam - Pork belly over rice topped with picked bell peppers & cucumbers
Mukja - Tteokbokki (rice cakes) in a spicy sweet sauce & mandoo (dumpling) & kimmari (seaweed roll)
No Ke Aloha - Ahi tuna poke served with Hawaiian-style macaroni salad.
Yuan Wonton - Chicken dumplings served in khao soi curry with egg noodles, lime, & more.
Zin Zin’s Burmese Cuisine - Chicken & potato curry served with jasmine rice and a veggie salad.

With admission, you can shop desserts, drinks, goods, and arts from the best AAPI women-owned businesses and AAPI women artists in Colorado.

Beer from Japas Cervejaria and cider from Stem Ciders will be available for guests 21+ to purchase. Bottled water, sponsored by Ball Corporation, will also be available for purchase. All proceeds made from the sales of these bottles will be donated to support the Maui community impacted by the recent wildfires.
