About Yum Tum Fusion & Trace Yang
Yum Tum Fusion is a family owned and operated food trailer. After helping the US CIA fight in the Vietnam War, our families were persecuted, thus we had no choice but to relocate to a safer country.
My husband’s family fled to Argentina where he was born and raised. My family, on the other hand, came to the United States of America. Together, we blended our childhood memories and passion of food creating authentic yet unique blends of Asian cuisine. Some of the menu items are traditional while others are a fusion, blending traditional with a modern touch.
After the death of my father, food not only connected my siblings and I, but strengthened our bonds. Yum Tum Fusion was established out of passion, resiliency, and courage. Each dish served is affirmation of our success in overcoming the challenging lives we lived, and an honor to our identity while living the American dream.
