💜 Who’s Invited: Convivir and AGI girls and gender expansive youth in grades 6-12. Max 15 students from AGI.

Ready for an unforgettable adventure? Join us at Snow Mountain Ranch for an epic outdoor experience! Connect with students from diverse backgrounds, unite in solidarity, and make memories that last a lifetime. This event is a collaboration between Asian Girls Ignite and Convivir Colorado, sponsored by Arc’teryx, ensuring an inclusive and empowering experience for all.

Come build solidarity with students from other BIPOC communities to strengthen our identities together. We’ll try community building, low-ropes course, and summer tubing together. Spots are limited to 15 students, so please RSVP now!


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Community Building: Connect with Convivir Colorado students through games, storytelling, and shared experiences

  • Low-Ropes Course: Engage in team building, problem-solving, communication skills, risk-taking, and trust building

  • Summer Tubing: Experience the thrill of navigating down slopes while honing balance and coordination.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

  • Explore the power of connection among Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) communities.

  • Strengthen your identities by embracing our shared experiences and cultural backgrounds.

  • Foster a vibrant community spirit, you’ll cultivate a sense of belonging, support, and solidarity, creating lasting bonds that extend far beyond our outdoor adventure

ABOUT CONVIVIR COLORADO

Convivir Colorado is a leadership program - for immigrants, refugee, and first-generation 6th-12th grades youth from any nationality and with any immigration status - that helps them channel their leadership through the lens of their migrant journey so they can strengthen their sense of self and continue practicing agency as they make a positive impact on their Colorado communities.
